New replacement process
1． The customer should present the replacement requests (products shipped within 1 month)
2． After the review from the customer service from KenE engineer that the products meet with the replacement conditions, we will accept and solve it immediately
3． Customer shall send back the original non-opened package
4． Please be sure the boxes to be sent are clearly marked with the number of outsourcing, product model

The following conditions are not within the warranty scope:
